Merging the two easiest levels of tumbling into one class, boys and girls ages 6-17 can come to have their first feel of tumbling or take more serious steps to learn skills. Anything from rolls to walkovers and handsprings can be practiced during this time.
Bringing the healthy habit of staying active to the youngest level, toddler tumbling is for children ages 18 months to 2 years old. The main focus of this class will be developing strength and coordination through gross motor skills. Parents are encouraged to join their child for 30 minutes of fun!
Preschool tumbling will be for children 3-5 years old. Here, we will be working to perfect locomotor skills and begin the fundamentals of tumbling using fun games and activities. This class also helps children learn the basic terms used in a tumbling class, which will be helpful to quickly learn and fix new skills in higher levels. Bring in your preschooler and watch them work for 30 minutes or take this time to get in a workout of your own.
