The session will be 45 minutes long for children 7-12 years old. We will practice fun-filled yoga poses and breathing exercises to promote physical strength, flexibility, body awareness, confidence, self-esteem, relaxation and self-control. This class will also help improve concentration, focus, and attention. We will play yoga by imitating animals and nature and by using creative expression, games, and storytelling!
